RETURNS & REFUNDS

(a) Return

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, including defective, damaged, not as described, you can return them for a refund. Please attach the photos of the item you received to the email which you contact with our service team in order to make a return. In this way, we can improve our service quality and fulfill your return request as soon as possible.

To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:

-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label

-Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:
If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

-Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:
If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

Customers have 14 days from the date of receive to change your mind and return the items without explaining the reason and LifeVips.com has to issue a refund. If valid days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.You can request a return by contacting us at Toplifevips@gmail.com. After receiving the return item, LifeVips.com has to issue a refund back to customers' account.

The customer should returns the goods within 30 days, otherwise no refund will be given. No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

(b) Damaged Products

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to LifeVips.com for a full refund. Please note that if damage is only limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact, products will not be considered damaged.

The return address will be sent by mail, not the mailing address. If you return the item without contacting us, we will not handle it, all responsibility is borne by the customer.

(d) Refund

We will do refund once we've received the item you've returned.

The refund will be returned in 7 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.

(e) Cancellation

You can cancel your order before your item is shipped:
(1) Your order could be fully refunded within 24 hours after purchase if it is has not been shipped.
(2) Your order could only be partial refunded more than 24 hours after purchasing.

Changing Shipping Address

How long will Returns be Processed?

Please allow 5~10 business days for your return to be processed.

Customs Duties & Clearance

Your destination country/region may require value-added tax (VAT), other taxes, duties, and/or customs fees. These additional taxes or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns caused by the recipient’s failure to pay customs fees or taxes.
